Since 1999, Jeremy Casella has been crafting his unique singer/songwriter style,
a blend of acoustic folk and rock with occasional harmonica thrown in for fun. A
step apart from many of today's guys-with-guitars, Casella' music is truly
original and authentic. He writes songs about his faith, infusing them with images
of his every day life…time spent in his favorite city of New Orleans, his
native-Pennsylvania, or his current home of Nashville.
Though he draws influence from artists like Neil Young, Bob Dylan, and Neil Finn,
Casella doesn't aim to pattern himself after what's been done before.
His distinctive soulful vocals, adept guitar playing, and deep lyrical insight continue
to connect with audiences in search of an engaging musical experience.
Frequent opening gigs for friend and mentor Phil Keaggy, as well as a recent slot
on Caedmon's Call's fall 2004 tour have helped solidified Casella as one
of today's rising songwriters.
